By accessing or using JW Trading ("the Service") at jwhr.me, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

JW Trading provides:

  • Educational trading signals based on technical analysis
  • Market analysis and trading education
  • Optional automated trade execution on YOUR Oanda account (Premium tier)
  • Performance tracking and analytics

3. Not Financial Advice

CRITICAL: JW Trading is NOT a licensed financial advisor, broker, or investment advisor. Our signals are for educational purposes only and should NOT be considered financial advice. You are solely responsible for all trading decisions.

4. Trading Risks

You acknowledge and accept that:

  • Trading forex and CFDs involves substantial risk of loss
  • You may lose some or all of your invested capital
  • Past performance does NOT guarantee future results
  • No trading system is guaranteed profitable
  • You should only trade with money you can afford to lose

5. Your Oanda Account

When you connect your Oanda account:

  • You maintain full control and ownership of your account
  • We NEVER have access to withdraw your funds
  • Your API credentials are encrypted (AES-256)
  • You can disconnect at any time
  • You are responsible for all trades executed

6. Auto-Trading (Premium Tier)

If you enable auto-trading:

  • Trades will be executed automatically on YOUR Oanda account
  • You accept full responsibility for all automated trades
  • You can disable auto-trading at any time
  • We are not liable for any losses incurred
  • Risk management settings apply but do not guarantee profit

7. Subscription and Billing

Subscription terms:

  • Free Trial: No payment required, limited features
  • Paid Tiers: Billed monthly in advance
  • Cancel anytime - no refunds for partial months
  • Prices subject to change with 30 days notice
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension

8. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the service:

  • No refunds for subscription fees
  • No refunds for trading losses
  • Cancel anytime to prevent future charges

9. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Reverse engineer or copy our trading algorithms
  • Use the service for illegal activities
  • Abuse or harass our support staff
  • Distribute signals without permission

10. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, and branding are owned by JW Trading and protected by copyright. The JW logo, name, and all associated marks are trademarks of JW Trading.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • JW Trading is NOT liable for any trading losses
  • We are NOT liable for Oanda downtime or API issues
  • We are NOT liable for missed signals or technical errors
  • Total liability is limited to fees paid in the last 30 days

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JW Trading, its owners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the service or trading activities.

13. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue features at any time
  • Change subscription pricing with notice
  • Update trading strategies and algorithms
  • Suspend or terminate service for violations

14. Account Termination

We may terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms of Service
  • You engage in fraudulent activity
  • Payment fails repeatedly
  • You abuse the service or staff

15. Third-Party Services

This service integrates with Oanda. You must comply with Oanda's terms of service. We are not responsible for Oanda's actions, policies, or service availability.

16. Data and Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Your Oanda credentials are encrypted and never shared with third parties.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Your Jurisdiction].
